The Roman Catholic Community in this Colony is a large but a very poor one, and as the building of Paint Trench's Church was recognized by the Government at the time it was commenced as required to afford additional accommodation for those who attend the services of the Roman Catholic Church, I trust that your Lordship will not object to the small additional Grant which has been voted.
